Jan Skelton

Hi, my name is Jan Skelton, and I present the Monday morning breakfast show we know as Cereal Sounds.
What can I say to describe myself … whatever I mention it is going to look like one of these ads for a dating agency … but here goes!
I was born and brought up in Arbroath and I live with my husband of 44 years in the town. I joined the radio station when I retired from nursing at Arbroath Infirmary in 1996.
I enjoy listening to most types of music, and love to sing and dance, although I am not particularly good at either. My other hobbies include eating good food, reading good books, and hillwalking, although I don’t do that so much nowadays. I think I have a good sense of humour.
Most of my friends think I am a bit zany!!
Oh! Yes, and my favourite artist is Sir Cliff Richard.
